Rules

1) All finished programs must be able to compile on the SUN machines in the ICL labs. Any extra libraries or programs you need should have a help file for the judges to install and link against. You are allowed to bring in your own computers or laptops to program on.

2) A web based program may be run on any webserver you have access to. You do have to submit your code at the end of the competition, NOT JUST A LINK TO YOUR PROGRAM.

3) All objectives you do must be code that you wrote during the competition. You may use concepts, and design from any code that grants you that right. COPYING A CURRENTLY AVAILABLE PROGRAM TO DO THE OBJECTIVE IS NOT ALLOWED.

4) To participate you must agree to provide a one-time license to all judges to view, compile, and execute your code. However you and your team retain all rights to all of the code you wrote during the competition.

5) You will be held responsible for any damage to equipment in the ICL labs.

6) All submissions must be turned in by 7AM, the end of competition. Late submissions will be ignored. Each time you submit your code, your old submission is deleted.

7) Objectives are rated on a point basis. Each objective has a baseline point value and can be effected based upon the following:
      * No-Crash Bonus: +- 1point
      * Memory Leak / Corrupton Bonus: +- up to 2 points
      * Above and Beyond Bonus: up to +5 points
